No. Every product is rolling monthly, with no minimum term and no cancellation fee. You are billed monthly in advance, and if you cancel, billing stops at the end of that billing period. The only exception is a separate hardware or implementation agreement, if you choose to sign one.

Do my customers pay a service fee?
Yes, 50p per order on your ordering website, your Branded Mobile App and Voice Agent orders. It is added to the customer’s order, not taken from your payout, and in-store orders carry no customer fee. For comparison, customers on Just Eat, Uber Eats and Deliveroo typically pay £3–£7 per order in combined service, delivery and small-order fees on top of the food.
Do I need to buy hardware? What does it cost?
No. POS runs on an Android tablet you already have, or in a web browser on a PC. If you want purpose-built hardware, the Sunmi D3 PRO POS terminal is from about £403 ex VAT (single display) or £533 ex VAT (dual display). Self-service kiosks start at £878 ex VAT (Sunmi Flex 3, 22" or 27") or £1,075 ex VAT (Sunmi K2, 24" with NFC). You buy hardware outright, with no rental. Supplier prices change, so we confirm the quote and check the device suits your setup before you order.
What's the difference between POS and OrderHub? Why do I have to pick one?
Because orders need somewhere to land. OrderHub (£20/month per screen) receives orders only: a Track screen showing every incoming online order, with no counter ordering. POS (£40/month per terminal) does everything OrderHub does, plus counter ordering, staff management and card and cash payments via Stripe Terminal. Delivery-only or marketplace-heavy shops often start on OrderHub; if you serve walk-in customers, you need POS. You can move from OrderHub to POS at any time.
Do I need a Kitchen Display (KDS)?
No, it is optional. KDS is £20/month per screen and works with POS or OrderHub. It puts orders on a kitchen screen instead of paper tickets, with one screen per station (pizza, grill, fryer) so each order goes to the right person. The launch promo prices a POS + KDS pair at £49/month instead of £60, for up to five pairs. Many small shops start without KDS and add it when the kitchen gets busier.
Is online ordering included in my plan?
Yes. Your branded ordering website comes with a base plan (OrderHub from £20/month or POS from £40/month), so there is no separate ordering subscription. How does pricing work for two or more sites?
Each site has its own base plan (POS or OrderHub) and the add-ons it needs, at the prices on this page, with no group fee on top. The calculator above prices one shop. For a group, book a demo: we plan the rollout with you (one menu across your sites and the products each site needs) and give you a costed plan for the whole group. For high-turnover operators we can also discuss card processing and software rates.
How do I cancel?
Email us or tell us in the app. There is no cancellation fee, and billing stops at the end of your current billing period. We'll export your customer data, menu and order history so you keep what you built with us.
